Combining the advantages of tennis, badminton and table tennis, pickleball is an easy-to-learn and fun sport for all people.
Pickleball is an emerging ball sport that combines the characteristics of tennis, badminton and table tennis. It has simple rules, strong fun and is suitable for people of all ages.
Pickleball was invented in 1965 in the United States by Joel Pritchard and others. Initially created to provide a simple and fun ball game for family gatherings, it has now developed into a globally popular sport.
Pickleball uses a court similar to badminton, tennis-style scoring, and hard paddles like table tennis. The game starts with a serve, which must land in the opponent's diagonal service area. Players alternate hitting the ball, and the first to reach 11 points with a 2-point lead wins.
Pickleball is suitable for people of all ages. Whether it's family entertainment, community activities, or professional competitions, there are suitable ways to play. It's not just a sport but also a social activity that helps people build friendships and improve physical fitness.

Pickleball rules are simple and easy to learn. You can get started in just a few steps. Let's learn!
A pickleball court is similar to a badminton doubles court, 44 feet long and 20 feet wide, with a 36-inch high net in the middle. The court is divided into service areas and non-service areas. When serving, the ball must be sent to the opponent's diagonal service area.
There are various ways to hold a pickleball paddle. The most common is similar to table tennis: the index finger is straight and贴在 the top of the paddle surface, other fingers naturally grip the handle, keeping the wrist flexible.
The server must stand in the service area and serve the ball to the opponent's diagonal service area with an underhand serve. The ball must cross the net and land in the opponent's service area to be a valid serve. Each game starts serving from the right service area.
Hitting can be divided into forehand and backhand. Beginners should first master forehand hitting. The hitting point should be in front of the body, keep the paddle surface vertical, and use forearm rotation to drive the paddle to hit the ball.
Only the serving team can score. The first to reach 11 points with a lead of more than 2 points over the opponent wins. If the score is tied at 10-10, the game continues until one side leads by 2 points.
